One-night refundable security deposit required. Gratuity is not included and is at the guest's discretion, but is always appreciated by our staff. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations requested in writing, ninety 90 or more days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty, and a 100% refund will apply. For cancellations requested between 61 and 89 days prior to the arrival date there will be a refund of 50% of the total rent and service fee. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 60 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment for rent and service fee. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit. House rules: After 10 p.m., loud music is not allowed, and we ask that you maintain a moderate noise level. Do not exceed the number of guests on the reservation. Always treat service personnel with respect and dignity. Enter and leave the property at the times marked for check-in and check-out. Suitable for children (2–12 years). Minors are not allowed to drive vehicles within the condominium. No pets allowed. No smoking villa.
