Please note, a one-night refundable security deposit is required for all reservations, to be paid at your arrival in cash. Cancellation policy: A 100% refund applies if written cancellation is requested 30 or more calendar days prior to the arrival date. A 50% refund of the total rent applies if cancellation takes place 15 calendar days prior to the arrival date. Any cancellations after 14 calendar days shall be non-refundable. For cancellations which fall during the holiday season a 90-day cancellation policy applies; if cancellation takes place 90 or more days prior to date of arrival a 100% refund applies. If cancellation takes place within 90 calendar days of the arrival date, it shall be non-refundable, and the rented days cannot be accredited to alternative dates. House rules: Suitable for children (2–12 years). Enter and leave the property at the times marked for check-in and check-out. Always treat service personnel with respect and dignity. Immediately notify about any damage or incident to the property. After 10:00 p.m., loud music is not allowed; we ask that you maintain a moderate noise level. Do not exceed the number of guests on the reservation. Minors are not allowed to drive vehicles inside the condominium. No pets allowed. No smoking allowed.
