Cancellation policy: A 100% refund is available if written cancellation is received 30 or more calendar days prior to the arrival date. Cancellations made less than 30 days before arrival are non-refundable. For holiday periods (Christmas Week, New Year’s Week, Mexican Holy Week, Thanksgiving, and Easter), a 90-day cancellation policy applies: 100% refund for cancellations made 90 or more calendar days before arrival. Non-refundable for cancellations made within 90 days of arrival, and the booked nights cannot be applied to alternative dates. From 10:00 pm, loud music is not allowed and we ask to maintain a moderate noise level. Do not exceed the number of guests in the reservation. Eating in the pool is not allowed. Do not bring food into the bedrooms. Do not climb onto the sofas with shoes. Minors are not allowed to drive vehicles within the condominium. No pets allowed.
