Cancellation policy: A 100% refund is available if written cancellation is received 30 or more calendar days prior to the arrival date. Cancellations made less than 30 days before arrival are non-refundable. For holiday periods (Christmas Week, New Year’s Week, Mexican Holy Week, Thanksgiving, and Easter), a 90-day cancellation policy applies: 100% refund for cancellations made 90 or more calendar days before arrival. Non-refundable for cancellations made within 90 days of arrival, and the booked nights cannot be applied to alternative dates.
