Bedroom Configuration: Master Bedroom 1: One (1) king size bed, ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 2: One (1) king size bed, ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 3: Two (2) full size beds, ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 4: One (1) king size bed, ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 5: One (1) queen size bed plus one (1) twin size trundle bed, ensuite bathroom. Additional kids’ bedroom: One (1) twin size bed with pull-out trundle, with half bathroom (bathroom doesn’t include shower) Included with your stay: Daily housekeeping, breakfast, lunch and snacks preparation (food and beverages are not included), one 6-seater golf cart, Concierge services, and a Punta Mita Premier Golf Membership. Lagos del Mar is an exclusive community within Punta Mita, known for its elevated location and stunning panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean, golf courses, and the distant Marietas Islands. Offering both privacy and convenience, it provides easy access to beach clubs, dining, and amenities while maintaining a peaceful, refined atmosphere. Please note the method of payment available is via wire transfer. When booking this property you will be charged a refundable deposit of USD 5,000 (depending on length of stay). Additionally upon arrival you will be asked for another deposit of 1500 USD for the purchase of food and beverages. Cancellation Policy: Customer may cancel its reservation in writing to the owner anytime before 60 days prior to their arrival and receive an 80% refund of the initial deposit. (There will be a 20 % service fee charge applied). If Customer gives the owner less than 60 days cancellation notice, all sums paid by the Customer shall be NON REFUNDABLE. House rules: Suitable for children (2–12 years). Enter and leave the property at the times marked for check-in and check-out. Immediately notify about any damage or incident to the property. Always treat service personnel with respect and dignity. Smoking is allowed in outdoor areas. Do not exceed the number of guests on the reservation. Minors are not allowed to drive vehicles within the condominium. No pets allowed.
