During whale season (December–March) you can spot whales right from the balcony. Bantay 1C is a well-appointed 3-bedroom residence on the 1st floor — a king bedroom with direct ocean views and balcony access, two guest bedrooms with double beds, and three ensuite bathrooms throughout. The open living and dining area flows onto the ocean-facing balcony where the sound of the waves and views of Bucerías Bay set the tone for the whole stay. Inside, the open-concept living and dining space opens directly onto the ocean-view balcony, seamlessly connecting indoor comfort with outdoor living. A fully equipped kitchen, sleek furnishings, and premium finishes highlight the modern style of this new building. With A/C in every room, blackout curtains, high-speed Wi-Fi, and smart TVs, comfort and convenience come standard. Bantay is located in Los Picos, a quiet, upscale residential beachfront neighborhood just northwest of downtown Bucerías. This area is known for its peaceful atmosphere, quiet beaches, and relaxed pace—ideal for guests seeking tranquility without being far from town. Downtown Bucerías is approximately a 15-minute walk along the beach or a 5-minute drive, offering easy access to restaurants, cafés, artisan markets, and local nightlife. ✓ Elevators provide smooth access to all levels and the property is wheelchair friendly. ✓ Pets are allowed with prior written approval only. Up to 2 small pets (max 10 kg each) or 1 medium pet (max 20 kg). Pets must be well-trained, not left unattended unless crated, and leashed in common areas. Guests are responsible for cleanup; additional cleaning fees may apply if deep cleaning is required. ✓ Paddleboard availability may vary. ✓ Inside the unit, you’ll find iPads that allow you to easily book room service, massages, boat reservations, and drivers. ✓ Boat reservations are subject to availability and weather conditions and can be booked up to 72 hours in advance.
