This was our family's second time staying with Nihi Kai in this exact spot. Exceptional comfort. beauty, warmth and welcome. Total spirit of aloha! We will ONLY ever stay here! Thank you for precious memories ❤️ We LOVE the care and hospitality. The location is great. It’s walkable to the beach, which is great. The actual unit is just okay. The top floor is fine, but it feels very used. The carpet is old, hot water ran out quickly, not enough towels, one tub didn’t drain well, screen doors were kinda broken, and everything felt damp all the time. The staff is great and addressed some of our concerns quickly, but I don’t think we would stay here again. We’re glad you enjoyed the location and appreciate your feedback. We’re happy the issues you mentioned were resolved during your stay. Previous guests have enjoyed this Premier condo and given it 5-star reviews, so we’re sorry it didn’t meet your expectations. Regarding the hot water, this wasn’t reported to our team. Had we known, we would have checked immediately. We haven’t had issues before, but this can happen if multiple long showers are taken back-to-back, especially with full occupancy. For your next visit, we recommend a Premier Plus unit, the best of the best, either new construction or
