This information is required to maintain our compliance with legal & insurance requirements and is not used for any other purposes. PET POLICY: Guests are fully responsible for any damage, excessive cleaning, or disturbances caused by their pets during their stay. By bringing a pet onto the property, you agree to assume all liability for your pet's behavior and to indemnify and hold harmless the property owner and management from any claims or damages arising from your pet. Guests with pets are 100% responsible for keeping their pet under control at all times. Size/weight and/or breed restrictions may apply. MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT: To book this property, the primary guest must be 25+ years old. The booking guest must personally occupy the property for the full stay and may not reserve on behalf of others. Any fraudulent, third-party, or underage booking may be cancelled immediately without refund and may result in removal from the property without notice. CREDIT CARD FEE: Reservations booked through certain platforms where credit card payments are processed by the host/property management company, Heightened Hospitality LLC, will be subject to a separate 3.5% processing fee. Any evidence of smoking will be automatically billed an additional cleaning fee.
