PET POLICY: Guests are fully responsible for any damage, excessive cleaning, or disturbances caused by their pets during their stay. By bringing a pet onto the property, you agree to assume all liability for your pet's behavior and to indemnify and hold harmless the property owner and management from any claims or damages arising from your pet. Guests with pets are 100% responsible for keeping their pet under control at all times. Size/weight and/or breed restrictions may apply. MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT: To book this property, the primary guest must be 25+ years old. The booking guest must personally occupy the property for the full stay and may not reserve on behalf of others. QUIET HOURS & MAINTAINING THE PEACE: Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am. Guests must be respectful of our neighbors, other guests, and overall community at all times so that we may continue providing enjoyable experiences to all of our guests. Any disturbance incident that results in police involvement may result in the immediate termination of a reservation and removal from the rental without refund or warning. Parties, gatherings, celebrations, or events of any kind are not permitted unless expressly approved in writing prior to booking. Violation of this policy will result in immediate termination of the reservation without refund. There is a ZERO tolerance policy. NO SMOKING: All properties are ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING of any kind - this includes cigarettes, cannabis, vapes/e-cigs, etc. You may smoke outside and well away from any doors or windows, and must clean up any debris (do not throw butts on the ground). Any evidence of smoking will be automatically billed an additional cleaning fee. CHECKOUT EXPECTATIONS: Please place trash in designated bins outside, load used dishes into the dishwasher or sink, and generally tidy up after yourselves. During your stay, you will have private access to the entire three bedroom condominium, which includes the primary suite with its own en-suite bathroom, a guest bedroom, a bunk room, and a spacious open concept living and dining area. You will also enjoy your own private Juliette balcony and a convenient outdoor shower for rinsing off after trips to the beach. In addition to your private living space, you have access to the shared rooftop deck and kitchenette, which features comfortable lounge furniture for your relaxation. Parking is provided for two vehicles, with one dedicated space and one spot located in the shared garage.
