Our home is carefully curated and professionally managed & cleaned, designed to ensure a memorable stay, creating a perfect blend of comfort, functionality, and relaxation. This listing offers a combination of TWO separate neighboring apartments in a Historic Rittenhouse Square walk-up building. Guest will have access to a 3 bedroom unit and an additional one bedroom unit, occupying the top three floors for added privacy. 🛏️ Bedrooms & Sleeping Arrangements First Unit: Bedroom 1 – Features a queen bed. Bedroom 2 – Includes a queen bed. Bedroom 3 – Includes a queen bed. Bunk Room – Connected to Bedroom 3, this is great for kids or extra guests with twin-over-twin bunk beds. There is no door between the bunk room and the bedroom area. Second Unit: Bedroom – Features a queen bed Bonus Sleeping Spaces – A full size sleeper sofa in the living room is perfect for kids or extra guests. 🚿 Bathrooms 2 Full Bathroom – one in each apartment with historic designs with a shower/tub combo 1 Half Bathroom – modern style meets old world charm, conveniently located for guest use in the larger apartment in the living area. 🍽️ Living & Dining Spaces Open-concept living area with plush seating, a large TV, and plenty of natural light. 2 Fully equipped kitchens with stainless steel appliances, all cookware and dishes, toaster, blender, Keurig coffee maker, an island with bar seating, and ample counter space. Spacious dining area for enjoying meals together in either unit. 🌞 Outdoor Spaces Private balcony to relax, offering a touch of tranquility to enjoy the city views. 🧻 Linens, towels & the included essential amenities Our property comes stocked with a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags. Shower products like body wash, shampoo and conditioner are not included. All bedding (sheets, pillows/pillow cases, blankets & comforters) as well as a full set of bath towels are provided, freshly laundered, and ready for you to enjoy! This home is equipped with radiator heating and portable/window AC units in every space. 🚗 Parking Metered street parking in the neighborhood and well as numerous paid lot and parking garages within easy walking distance. TAMPERING WITH SECURITY DEVICES: Tampering with exterior cameras, WiFi equipment, smart locks, or safety devices is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate removal without refund. QUIET HOURS & MAINTAINING THE PEACE: Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am. Guests must be respectful of our neighbors, other guests, and overall community at all times so that we may continue providing enjoyable experiences to all of our guests. Any disturbance incident that results in police involvement may result in the immediate termination of a reservation and removal from the rental without refund or warning. Parties, gatherings, celebrations, or events of any kind are not permitted unless expressly approved in writing prior to booking. Violation of this policy will result in immediate termination of the reservation without refund. There is a ZERO tolerance policy. NO SMOKING: All properties are ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING of any kind - this includes cigarettes, cannabis, vapes/e-cigs, etc. You may smoke outside and well away from any doors or windows, and must clean up any debris (do not throw butts on the ground). Any evidence of smoking will be automatically billed an additional cleaning fee. CHECKOUT EXPECTATIONS: Please place trash in designated bins outside, load used dishes into the dishwasher or sink, and generally tidy up after yourselves. It is not necessary to strip the beds or initiate any kind of laundry prior to departure. Thank you for understanding! This combined space includes a three bedroom unit and a separate one bedroom unit, providing a versatile layout for your group. You will have full access to both fully equipped kitchens, the shared living and dining areas, and two full bathrooms plus one half bathroom. Additionally, guests can enjoy a private balcony that offers a tranquil space to take in the city views. Please note that the building is a multi-floor walk up. The apartments are located on the second (1br unit), and third/fourth floors (3br unit).
