Fully equipped modern kitchen with all cookware and dishes, toaster, blender, Keurig coffee maker, an island with bar seating, and ample counter space. Shower products like body wash, shampoo and conditioner are not included. All bedding (sheets, pillows/pillow cases, blankets & comforters) as well as a full set of bath towels are provided, freshly laundered, and ready for you to enjoy! This home is equipped with radiator heating and window AC units in every space. 🚗 Parking Ample off-street parking for multiple vehicles + ample free street parking in the neighborhood. Any disturbance incident that results in police involvement may result in the immediate termination of a reservation and removal from the rental without refund or warning. There is a ZERO tolerance policy. NO SMOKING: All properties are ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING of any kind - this includes cigarettes, cannabis, vapes/e-cigs, etc. You may smoke outside and well away from any doors or windows, and must clean up any debris (do not throw butts on the ground). The units are entirely separate and do not share any amenities.
