Fully equipped modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances, all cookware and dishes, toaster, blender, Keurig coffee maker, and ample counter space. Spacious dining area for enjoying meals together. 🧻 Linens, towels & the included essential amenities Our property comes stocked with a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags. Shower products like body wash, shampoo and conditioner are not included. All bedding (sheets, pillows/pillow cases, blankets & comforters) as well as a full set of bath towels are provided, freshly laundered, and ready for you to enjoy! This home is equipped with radiator heating and portable/window AC units in every space. This unit does not have laundry access. This unit is located in a historic walk-up building, on the second floor. There is no elevator in the building. This unit may be booked in conjunction with our 3 bedroom unit in the building, adding capacity for 8 additional guests. TAMPERING WITH SECURITY DEVICES: Tampering with exterior cameras, WiFi equipment, smart locks, or safety devices is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate removal without refund. QUIET HOURS & MAINTAINING THE PEACE: Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am. Guests must be respectful of our neighbors, other guests, and overall community at all times so that we may continue providing enjoyable experiences to all of our guests. Any disturbance incident that results in police involvement may result in the immediate termination of a reservation and removal from the rental without refund or warning. Parties, gatherings, celebrations, or events of any kind are not permitted unless expressly approved in writing prior to booking. Violation of this policy will result in immediate termination of the reservation without refund. There is a ZERO tolerance policy. NO SMOKING: All properties are ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING of any kind - this includes cigarettes, cannabis, vapes/e-cigs, etc. You may smoke outside and well away from any doors or windows, and must clean up any debris (do not throw butts on the ground). Any evidence of smoking will be automatically billed an additional cleaning fee. CHECKOUT EXPECTATIONS: Please place trash in designated bins outside, load used dishes into the dishwasher or sink, and generally tidy up after yourselves.
