Any additional parking is $20 a day per car. * This efficiency requires guests to access from the spiral staircase pictured here. This is the only access to the rental. * This space is a patio apartment located in a half-basement with tons of light. *There is an additional unit above this rental in the same home. If you happen to be traveling with a larger party, we'd be happy to coordinate a rental to accommodate your friends or family. *The bathroom of this space adjoins Ladles Soups' kitchen. Occasionally a sound or two may be heard emanating from the kitchen; however, this space is completely cordoned off and separated from this very tasty soup, salad, and sandwich shop. * All Charleston homes in the historic footprint of the city - which this rental falls into - must abide by strict renovation mandates. As such all of our rentals must feature single pane glass to reflect the look and feel of the original home dating back to the 1800s. As such, noise does travel and we ask that all guests who rent from us here and at our properties adjacent please be respectful of neighbors at all times and especially watch noise levels when coming and going after 10p.m. for the enjoyment of all guests. * Loud noise and partying will not be tolerated.
