This property comfortably accommodates a party of 4. featuring a King bed in the master quarters, and a pull out queen sleeper sofa in the living room. This condo is one of just a few with direct gulf front views, picture yourself rolling out of bed in the morning directly onto the beach, drink of choice in hand, with your favorite book and music to boot. Take advantage of community gas grills to achieve those perfect grill marks on your catch of the day after fishing with one of the many guides out of Bayside Marina. The unit is located within the Beach Villas complex and it is located on the beach side, steps to beach and in walking distance to downtown Captiva. Guests are required to sign a rental agreement upon booking. A non-refundable cancellation fee of $100 will apply for reservations cancelled prior to the cancellation policy window. This fee covers our credit card processing fees on a refunded deposit payment.
