The resort offers a wide range of amenities, including pickleball courts, a beach area, a boat ramp, scenic trails, a day dock, a golf course with discounted rates, two outdoor pools, one indoor pool, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, tennis courts, and gym facilities. Payment Schedule: 50% due at confirmation 50% or remaining balance due 30 days before check-in The following violations may be subject to additional fines of up to $300: unregistered pets, late departure without approval by host, & house left excessively messy. The home is stocked with a starter supply of paper products and toiletries to get going, but it is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay.
