Do not leave fire pit running while not in use. • Fireplace is gas and seasonal (runs on or around October 1- March 31 weather dependent) • Starter supplies of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and laundry detergent are provided. • Guests agree to use the website messenger for all communication, even if initial contact is made by another method. • We have monthly pest control at all of our beach houses. Being at the beach, we are surrounded by nature. Ladybugs, millipedes, and other insects can be difficult to combat around this time of year, even with our constant pest control program in place. It is not uncommon to see them occur in and around the beach house , especially with the opening and closing of doors. This is extremely common for the area and all beach houses. • Being at the beach, wind can sometimes blow leaves, dirt, or other natural debris into the swimming pool. The pool is properly maintained by professionals and they come weekly to keep the pool in top condition. They usually take 20-30 minutes working on the pool and are only outside. They do not give us notice for when they are stopping by. Please be aware that they will stop by as we want to provide the very best pool experience for our guests.
