You can also enjoy the elegant common spaces and amenities like the condo complex’s swimming pool nestled in a tropical garden area, with a shaded deck, sun loungers, sun beds, barbecues, and an outdoor wet bar/pool house area. This marvelous suite features: - A beautiful open-plan living/dining/kitchen area for wonderful quality time together with your vacation team. - A fully-equipped kitchen with everything you’d need for making a home-cooked meal. - A gorgeous wooden dining table that comfortably seats six for a cozy sit-down meal at home. - The favorite spot for many guests is the recently remodeled private rooftop with lots of foliage for privacy, a built-in splash pool, a shaded outdoor dining area and shaded sofa bed lounge area, sun loungers, a BBQ grill, and a wet bar. It's the perfect place to spend a day soaking in the sun and cooling off in the pool, BBQ'ing, sipping cocktails, or just enjoying laughs together! - Two bedrooms and two full modern bathrooms with spacious stand-in showers & rainfall shower heads to accommodate 4 guests as such: BEDROOM 1: 1 queen-sized bed (the master suite) with a shared full bathroom. BEDROOM 2: 2 twin-sized beds and shared full bathroom. - There's a washer and dryer at the condo. - One assigned parking spot if you arrive via car. You'll be located inside a beautiful residential community halfway between Tulum’s beach hotspots and jungle eateries and Tulum's quaint town. There’s plenty to see if you bike or walk around the lush green neighborhood. You’ll be in heaven at this condo and complex, but if you do venture out to explore the Riviera Maya, you’ll find tons to see and do like beach & water sports, eco-parks with underground rivers, ancient Mayan ruins, cenotes (natural sinkholes special to this area!), private boat/yacht and fishing tours, golfing, day trips to Playa or Cancun, and so much more! - The residential area is surrounded by lush jungle for a mystical vibe yet with upscale modern conveniences - Shopping is within walking distance from convenience stores to grocery stores like Chedraui and of course loads of boutiques and shops in town and along the beach road - Mayan ruins, ancient cenotes, and the incredible Tulum beach, famous dining and clubs are only a few minutes away Shopping & Groceries: - Pueblito / Tulum town (2 km/1.2 miles) - At start of the beach road shops / boutiques (4.7 km/3 miles) - Chedraui (2.4 km/1.5 miles) There are so many world-renowned restaurant choices in Tulum, but here are 3 we recommend: - Kokoro (Japanese) - Burrito Amor - Pasha (Turkish/Mideastern) Electricity & Internet outages are occasional occurrences in Tulum, beyond our control. While we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience our guests may experience due to these disruptions, it's important to note that Stella Rentals cannot be held accountable for such events. Please note that the rooftop view (and privacy) were affected by a recently completed new building. The pool was built with local materials, you may find the pool water may not be as clear blue due to this reason, even though it's been recently cleaned. Also note that Tulum is an area of high growth and at times you'll hear construction noise during daytime work hours. Our properties are meticulously cleaned and disinfected before and after each use. Our staff is trained to use protective measures recommended by the health authorities. All of our properties are also contactless, and self-check-in. The staff will not enter the properties during a guest’s stay unless it is with authorization and will do so with strict hygiene measures. Wi-Fi, Smart TV, bed linens, beach & bath towels are all free during your stay. We provide a few bath essentials like toilet paper, soap, shampoo & some bottled water, but please note that these are not replenished during your stay. If you need more, you’ll need to purchase more. There is no daily housekeeping but if you’d like the place cleaned, it can be arranged for an additional fee. Please message us at least 24 hours in advance and by 5 pm the day before the service. Electricity is included for short-term stays (2-27 nights). Please help us save energy by using the AC wisely and keeping the temperature at 25°C. Electricity is not included for long-term rentals of 28 nights or more and will be charged as consumed based on a $6 MXN (pesos) fee per KW. Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation. A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met. HOUSE RULES - Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book. - No smoking of any kind is allowed on the premises. Smoking tobacco, cannabis, or the use of any recreational drugs in the house is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty. - No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors. - No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property. - Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay. - Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during their stay. - Please avoid moving furniture. - Pets are not allowed on the premises. - Please avoid hanging towels or clothes on the balcony/terrace railings.
