The top floor features a large second living room with en-suite patio, and four additional bedrooms. The backyard features an oversized infinity pool with integrated spa, boat dock with lift, and kayaks. There is also a large ground floor patio that features a built in sink basin, refrigerator, and BBQ grill perfect for preparing meals outdoors when the weather is perfect. It is one of the most highly desired areas in all of Cape Coral! Guests must sign a rental agreement prior to checking in.
