The top floor features a large second living room with en-suite patio, and four additional bedrooms. The backyard features an oversized infinity pool with integrated spa, boat dock with lift, and kayaks. There is also a large ground floor patio that features a built in sink basin, refrigerator, and BBQ grill perfect for preparing meals outdoors when the weather is perfect.
