Only a short drive to Mt.Snow this home has nearby access to the country village of Wilmington, Lake Whitingham, and has nearby to one of the best hiking areas in Southern Vermont, thanks to the community adjacent Green Mountain National Forest. This includes the amazing Chimney Hill amenities of indoor and outdoor pools, clubhouse, theater, gym, hot tub, basketball court, tennis courts, winter ice skating, Additional Amenities Include the Following: -Hairdryers in each bedroom. -High Speed WiFi -Drip coffee Maker -Espresso machine -Keurig (in pantry) -French press -Crockpot -Blender -Electric kettle -Coffee bean grinder - Gas and charcoal grill - Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age. - Primary guest will be required to execute a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking the property or the reservation will be subject to cancellation. If you enter the property without signing the rental agreement, you agree to all terms of the rental agreement. -During the winter season, you can expect snowy conditions, icy roads, and occasional snowstorms. An All-Wheel Drive (AWD) or Four-Wheel Drive (4WD) vehicle is required to book this property. Please exercise extra caution when driving and ensure your vehicle is adequately prepared for snowy conditions. -Please be aware that inclement weather may lead to power outages or internet disruptions. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide refunds for circumstances beyond our control, such as power or internet loss. -We are unable to make any exceptions from our cancellation policy.
