Only 15 minutes from Mount Snow, 5 minutes from downtown Wilmington, and a short drive to lakes and hiking trails, this is the ideal location for any adventure. Afterwards, come home to the cabin set in a stunning pine forest and enjoy the peaceful sound of the babbling stream on the property, and cozy up to the wood burning fireplace. Lastly, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need to make a meal. The loft has a queen size bed for 2, and the downstairs bedroom can comfortably sleep 3 with a bunk bed + trundle. ** AWD or 4 Wheel Drive vehicles highly recommended during the winter months ** - Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age. - Primary guest will be required to execute a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking the property or the reservation will be subject to cancellation. If you enter the property without signing the rental agreement, you concurrently agree to all terms of the rental agreement upon arrival at the Property grounds. -During the winter season, you can expect snowy conditions, icy roads, and occasional snowstorms. An All-Wheel Drive (AWD) or Four-Wheel Drive (4WD) vehicle is required to book this property. Please exercise extra caution when driving and ensure your vehicle is adequately prepared for snowy conditions. -Please be aware that inclement weather may lead to power outages or internet disruptions. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide refunds for circumstances beyond our control, such as power or internet loss. -We are unable to make any exceptions from our cancellation policy. We recommend that you explore traveler's insurance as a means to safeguard your travel plans. -Damage waiver The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to a limited amount, as specified in your rental contract, for Property damage (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
