This studio apartment is the last one on the top/first level stair access only, so it only shares a wall with one other apartment on the left and there are no apartments above it. While it is generally operational, availability and maintenance are outside of our control. • 8km to Adelaide Airport (13 minute drive) Glenelg is filled with all kinds of delicious eateries, sweeteries, shopperies and bar-hopperies, and they are all just a 5 minute walk from the apartment. Established in 1836, Glenelg is the oldest European settlement on Mainland South Australia, and did you notice something interesting about the name GLENELG? That’s right, it’s a Palindrome, which means it’s the same back-to-front as it is front-to-back. There are over 300 local businesses to choose from along the kilometre long main street that is Jetty Road, and when you’ve shopped til you’ve dropped you can reward yourself with a fabulous coffee, a glass of wine or a meal in one of our many interesting cafés or restaurants, ranging from quirky and casual to formal dining. Please note this privately owned apartment is on the first (top) floor of a bigger apartment complex. You will need to be able to navigate stairs, as there is no lift in the building. (Parking/Stairs are right outside your room.) Rates accommodate up to 2 guests. Please ensure you list the correct amount of persons in your booking requests because this also ensures you get enough linen and towels included for each guest. Guests are welcome to use the coin-operated laundry located within the building, however is not listed as an included amenity for this property, since it is managed by the building and not by the Host. While it is generally operational, availability and maintenance are outside of our control. For extended stays over 21+ nights, mid-stay servicing is required for the upkeep of the property.
