The invitingly designed living room includes a comfortable sofa bed, ideal for relaxing or accommodating additional guests. The fully equipped kitchen provides all the amenities for preparing your meals, and the complete bathroom offers all the essential amenities for your comfort. For added convenience, the apartment features an elevator, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and cable TV. This space is ideal for couples, business travelers, or a getaway in the vibrant city of Porto. Almada Street and its surroundings offer a charming experience in the heart of Porto. Just steps away, you'll find the vibrant Trindade metro station, 300 meters away, providing easy access to all corners of the city, including unmissable tourist attractions. Explore the area's rich culture, with the majestic Clérigos Tower and the iconic Lello Bookstore within easy reach. The area is also brimming with gastronomic options, from traditional restaurants to charming cafes, perfect for savoring local cuisine. Enjoy the unique atmosphere and discover the treasures that Porto has to offer. In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in). There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g., smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of €200 will be charged for smoking. If you wish to check out late, please contact our team to check availability. After the authorized check-out time, a fee of €200 per hour will be charged. If you lose the key, a cost will be applied (upon request). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and require our team to open the door, a fee of €40 will be charged after 7 p.m. If the key is forgotten in the lock (technical intervention required) – cost to be provided upon request. For reservations of 28 nights or more, there is a limit on utility expenses (water, electricity, and internet/TV package) of €190. If this amount is exceeded, the excess will be charged to the guest. The tenant agrees to allow the host’s staff to enter the property for inspection whenever requested, with monthly visits expected for this purpose.
