Bedroom One: Queen bed, walk-in closet, flatscreen TV, private balcony access, attached bathroom with his and her sinks and a walk-in shower. Bedroom Two: Queen bed, flat screen TV. Bathroom Two: Features a bathtub and glass shower. Light and open-concept floor plan connecting the living space (includes a pull-out sleeper sofa). Private balcony off the living room with street views. Fully stocked kitchen with a large island and barstool seating. Enjoy a comfortable and inviting stay in our well-equipped rental. There is 1 parking space per unit. This condo is 1,000 square feet in size. Please note- Noise Considerations: This is an urban property located on a high traffic road, which is great for easy access to local attractions, but some street/city noise should be expected. Sound Machine and earplugs will be provided. Just north of the building are Downtown Traverse City Courts great for pickleball. There are 8 outdoor concrete courts, dedicated with permanent lines and nets and free to play! Please Note: All guests staying at this property must be 25 or older unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. This will be verified after booking confirmation. A damage waiver fee is required by Golden Swan for each stay. For this property, the fee is $69 and provides our guests with accidental damage coverage up to $600. If the amount of damage exceeds this, or if the damage is found to have occurred with malicious intent, Golden Swan retains the right to seek damages beyond that amount. High chair and pack n play available upon request for an additional fee. There is a non-refundable credit card processing fee applied to all reservations. If the reservation is 14 days or longer there will be a required mid-stay clean. This is also available upon request for a shorter length of stay.
