The guest bedroom features a detached hallway bathroom with a renovated bathtub/shower combination and marble vanity. Additionally, there is a sleeper sofa in the living room that is able to accommodate up to two guests for a total sleeping capacity of six guests. In terms of the cooking, guests will find all they could desire to prepare even the most gourmet of meals in the completely renovated and fully equipped kitchen of this residence. There is also a large balcony featuring panoramic views of Pine Island Sound with seating for up to six adults that features a direct waterfront exposure.
