I didn’t realize so many things were in walking distance. Grounds were beautiful. The condo was in a great location. Had a nice view of the ocean (great for sunsets). It was comfortable and had plenty of supplies to last for the week. There was nice equipment in the kitchen and plenty of dishes and tools for cooking. The complex was quiet and well-kept. Having the beach towels and beach chairs was great. Beautiful condo in a beautiful setting! Lovely, well maintained gardens and beautiful evening sunsets. My third stay with Parrish Collection and they never disappoint. Great staff, very friendly and helpful. Condo was clean and the air conditioners (2 min-split units) did a great job during a fairly warm week. Bed was comfortable. Location is excellent if you want to be near the south Kauai beaches. We were not disappointed with the condo. The location was better than we expected and the condo interior was very nice. We loved the views from our deck and enjoyed coffee there every morning. We first stayed at the Nihi Kai villas in Poipu over 8-years ago and have no intentions to ever stay elsewhere.
