The community clubhouse area has a spacious fitness room with treadmills, ellipticals, stationary bikes and free weights. The Legacy Grille is also located in the clubhouse area and operates on the weekends from November-May. The Legacy Villas homeowner's association operates independently of California Vacation Villas providing 24 hour security, facilities/grounds maintenance and bi-weekly trash collection from community dumpsters located throughout the community.
