Incredible location! In the heart of Old Town- adjacent to downtown Traverse City- this sharp, one bedroom, one bathroom condo offers comfort, convenience and proximity to everything. It's a perfect space to call home-base in any season. Fully equipped kitchen, laundry, smart TV for streaming only. Everything you need, nothing you don't. Free parking in the small rear lot is 1st come 1st serve. ALL guests must be 25+ unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. This unit is on the 3rd floor, and there is no elevator. One queen bed in the bedroom and the pull-out sofa in the living room is a queen. Full bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, Smart TV with streaming capabilities only. (Sorry no cable.) Please note the Keurig pictured has been changed to a drip coffee maker. This condo is 850 square feet. Restraurant options everywhere within easy walking distance. Handy neighborhood market around the corner on Union Street has one of the best butchers in town- Maxbauers. Please Note: All guests staying at this property must be 25 or older unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. This will be verified after booking confirmation. A damage waiver fee is required by Golden Swan for each stay. For this property, the fee is $49 and provides our guests with accidental damage coverage up to $500. If the amount of damage exceeds this, or if the damage is found to have occurred with malicious intent, Golden Swan retains the right to seek damages beyond that amount. High chair and pack n play available upon request for an additional fee. There is a non-refundable credit card processing fee applied to all reservations. If the reservation is 14 days or longer there will be a required mid-stay clean. This is also available upon request for a shorter length of stay. Please note, this listing is not pet friendly per HOA guidelines.
