Harbor View! Located in the Heart of Friday Harbor - Just steps away from the Ferry Landing and Port of Friday Harbor. This lovely island suite is the perfect place for a relaxing or romantic getaway! (Blue Water Suite) As the name indicates, the Blue Water Suite is located just above the Blue Water Bar and Grill Restaurant. The location offers easy access to shopping, dining, and is centrally located to whale watching and kayaking departure destinations. The suite offers a direct view to the ferry terminal and the Friday Harbor Marina. The kitchen is fully equipped with a Keurig style coffee maker, range, microwave, and refrigerator (but no dishwasher). The living room is furnished with a large flat screen television with satellite service as well as a sleeper-sofa. The bedroom offers a King size bed and has a separate flat screen television. The bathroom is nicely tiled with a large soaking tub. The tub has an extending sprayer (in lieu of a showerhead) that clips into the wall. There is also a washer and dryer for those with an extended stay. This unit is perfect for those who want to come and explore the island and rest their head at night. -Please note there is no designated parking - town parking laws apply. -There are roughly 10 steps/stairs to get up to the unit -This Suite does not have Air Conditioning. -This Suite has good cell phone reception. -This Suite is walking distance to the Friday Harbor Ferry Dock. - Not pet friendly -This is a Non-Smoking unit The internet / Wi-fi at this house should be sufficient for streaming video, phone calls, remote work and video conferencing. Internet Speed Test Results: Download Speed: 245.18 Mpbs -- Upload Speed: 64.86 Mbps -- Ping: 46.3 Ms (Average of three tests that were conducted January 2024 using SpeedCheck Pro) San Juan Island is a remote location and it is good to keep in mind that intermittent, short, Wi-Fi disruptions are very normal for this area.
