Horseshoe Bay is an amazing community located in the Texas hill country and is about 1 hour from Austin, 2.5 hours from Houston and 3 hours from Dallas. One of the highlights is certainly Lake LBJ, as it is one of only 2 constant level lakes in the area. But Horseshoe Bay has so much more to offer. There are over 8 golf courses within 15 miles. Fredericksburg and all the hill country vineyards are within an hours drive of the property. Horseshoe Bay Resort has become a large draw with fun events and concerts as well as weddings. Marble Falls is 15 minutes away and has a lot of the fun restaurants, bars and night life. -- Policies -- - No smoking - 1 dog is permitted, must be under 20 pounds. No puppies or aggressive breeds. The Pet Fee is Non-Refundable and is $175.39 (taxes included) per stay . All dog information must be submitted in Rental Agreement. Any pets brought onto the property without approval will be subject to a $500 dollar fee - No parties or large gatherings. Smaller events or gatherings considered with prior homeowner approval. Please include any questions/requests in your booking inquiry - The primary guest (booker) must be at least 25 years old at the time of booking. Additionally, a guest aged 25 or older must be present at the property throughout the entire stay. - Per local ordinances, outdoor spaces have quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am. Please no loud noise. - Abusive or offensive music or language is not permitted. Violations of this will result in eviction as per the HOA rules.
