Inside, you’ll find simple comforts to keep everyone relaxed, including WiFi, smart TVs in both bedrooms, board games, and a laptop-friendly workspace if you need to check in with the office. A washer and dryer in the home make longer stays a breeze. Outside, enjoy water views, outdoor seating, and convenient lake access, plus a communal outdoor swimming pool for laid-back afternoons. Important Things to Note • Parking: Parking for 1 vehicle is included. You’ll have an assigned spot (#35) in the garage. Additional parking is not guaranteed beyond what’s described. • Elevator/Stairs: There is an elevator in the building, managed by building management. While typically available, any maintenance or outages are outside our control. Stairs will be required if the elevator is unavailable. • Washer/Dryer: A washer and dryer are located in the home. • Pets: This home is not pet friendly. Please plan accordingly; additional cleaning charges may apply if evidence of a pet is found. • Communal amenities: The outdoor pool is communal and managed by the building/association; access and availability may vary. • Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance. • We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered! • We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled.
