Stay in a delightful and comfortable apartment, conveniently situated just across from Southern Cross Station, with breathtaking views of Docklands Harbour. Spacious enough for 1, cozy for 2, and capable of accommodating up to 4 guests. A unique combination of contemporary design and 1800s heritage architecture gives this city apartment its special character. At 50sqm, this apartment offers a cozy bedroom with a queen-size bed and attached bathroom, a generous living space with a 3-seater sofa that unfolds into a double bed, and a well-equipped kitchen and dining area. You’ll also enjoy a private balcony overlooking the harbour. Amenities include: • 32-inch LCD TV • Air conditioning and heating • Free Wi-Fi BEDROOM: • Queen-size bed complete with linens (quilt, pillows & fitted sheet) • Wardrobe with hangers • Bedside table and lamps • Roller blinds for privacy EN-SUITE BATHROOM: • Complimentary toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash & toilet paper) • Towels, bath mat, and a hairdryer provided LIVING AREA: • 3-seater sofa bed (with additional bedding, converting to a double bed) • Coffee table, roller blinds The sofa bed will only be prepared for bookings with more than 2 guests, unless requested*. For groups larger than 2, a nightly fee of $29 per extra guest will apply. *For groups of 2 or fewer who require the sofa bed, please let us know in advance. A linens fee will apply, which covers an additional quilt, pillows, sheet, and towels. Please reach out to us and we will be happy to confirm the fee for you. We're situated on Spencer Street right next to the Southern Cross train station with access to everything all under the one roof. Enjoy the convenience of Woolworths Express, over 40 retail stores and cafes, with direct access to Marvel Stadium, Melbourne's Docklands precinct, the CBD and Spencer Outlet Centre. There are tons of things to do in the city itself which are mostly a quick stroll away. Key collection instructions will be sent after booking. Kindly share your estimated arrival time to help us prepare for your check-in. For luggage storage before or after your stay, Southern Cross Station offers lockers ranging from AU$10-16 for 24 hours. Alternatively, BnB Concierge at Shop 3/200 Spencer St provides storage for AU$8 per bag. This pad accommodates 2 adults comfortably but a max of 4 overnight. Any more than 2 adult guests overnight will attract an extra AU$29 per night, per additional guest. The 3rd and 4th guests will sleep on the 3-seater sofa bed, which folds out to a double.
