Featuring cathedral ceilings and a large second story loft area, updated kitchen and baths, and lots of great outdoor space, this wonderful island home has a great open floor plan and is perfect for a vacation home or vacation rental. The loft area is currently set up as a 4th bedroom but can be a 2nd living area, den, office, playroom, etc. A large screened deck overlooking the caged pool and spa offers a lovely outdoor space, while an open deck off the master bedroom is a quiet and peaceful retreat. Home amenities include: 3 bedrooms/2.5 bathrooms -- 1 King bed, 4 Queen beds, (sleeps 8). Smart TV's (streaming only), WIFI available, heated pool, large enclosed lanai, washer & dryer, fully equipped kitchen, BBQ gas grill, covered parking. Pets allowed (1 Small dog only, up to 25 lbs.). Bed linens and bath towels included. Beach chairs, beach towels, and an umbrella are provided for added convenience. Incidental Damage Benefit - We understand accidents happen! Every booking with Sanibel Vacations includes protection for those incidental accidents causing damage to the property. Applies to incidental damage only with limits. Details in rental agreement. Please note: ALL of our Single Family Homes require a 28 day minimum rental period per the City of Sanibel. This unit is non-smoking with a maximum occupancy of 8 people.
