It is approximately 5 miles from the casinos at the state line and is only a 10-minute drive away from Heavenly Mountain Resort. Enjoy close-by hiking and biking trails during the summer months. The main level consists of a large open living area of the family room, kitchen, dining area, and access to the spacious back deck looking out to the forest. Also on the main level is a half bath, laundry closet, and access to the garage. Upstairs are all three bedrooms, plus a den and two bathrooms.
