SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS (Maximum: 2 Guests) Studio - 1 Queen bed Hillcrest and its surrounding neighborhoods, Balboa Park and Bankers Hill, are known for their vibrant culture, breweries, sidewalk cafés, and nightlife. The area is highly walkable, benefiting from the sunny San Diego weather. Balboa Park is not only a cultural oasis with 18 museums, numerous gardens, and the world-famous San Diego Zoo, but also a hub for various cultural events and activities throughout the year. • Guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. • 30 night minimum stay. Application, deposit, and lease required. • Pets allowed with a pet fee of $150 per pet. • Parking: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle on-site. • No washer/dryer. • Smoking and events/parties are not permitted. • Pack n' play and high chair available for rent - $25 each plus tax • Guest agrees that in outside areas there is no reasonable expectation of privacy and accepts the monitoring of the outside by security cameras. Guest agrees not to tamper with the security cameras. • As part of our standard verification process, we kindly request that the guest signs an additional agreement and verifies ID. Your comfort and security are important to us. • Payment terms vary by booking channel. When processed through platforms that allow us to manage payment directly, a 10% deposit is taken at booking, with the remaining balance automatically collected after the cancellation period, as outlined in the cancellation policy. For channels where we do not manage payment, the full reservation amount is due at the time of booking.
