Views of Caroline street await you and your morning coffee from the second floor shared balcony. This cozy studio has a king size bed for a good nights sleep, a Keurig coffee maker, mini fridge, microwave and wifi to catch up with family back home. The ensuite private bath has bath shower combo for your comfort. Perfectly situated between Downtown and the Historic Seaport, this location puts you close to all the best of Key West. Enjoy sunset views at Mallory Square, adventure on the water with Fury's tours, or explore Key West history at the Shipwreck and Mel Fisher Maritime Museums. This unit is pet friendly. Our requirements are as follows: •40lb maximum per pet •$25/per night •2 pet maximum Please let us know if you plan on bringing your pet. Pool on property is shared and no heated. This home has one dedicated parking space on the Simonton Street side of the property. Please park in the space that is labeled "Key Lime". There is no onsite laundry at this property.
