The Grand Maloney Hotel is a boutique hotel located in the heart of downtown Key West. Our signature red brick, historical home on Caroline Street has been lovingly restored with a brand-new heated dipping pool on its private patio. With undeniable character, the two-story house stands out from the traditional cottages of Key West in the same way the Grand Maloney stands out from other boutique hotels in the area. This modern hotel boasts creative, interior design concepts and takes luxury living to a whole new level. Featuring a lobby, lounge, wrap-around balcony, private pool, patio and lounge chairs, the red brick home provides ample common space. The kitchen area encompasses two large refrigerator drawers, an Keurig coffee maker, sink and select glassware. Allow our team of guest experience managers to become your personal shoppers, coordinators and event planners! The entire house features 6 bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms for up to 16 guests. Sleeping arrangements include 5 king beds and 2 queen beds and a queen size pullout couch.
