The mobility lease is a type of short term furnished lease. It aims to facilitate the mobility of tenants, especially those who have to move for professional reasons (transfer or mission), students, young people in training, alternation or internship. It is a 16m² studio located on the 6th floor (lift to the 5th floor then stairs to the 6th floor), just opposite the BHV and the famous rue Rivoli! You will be able to take advantage of the various shops in the area. It is composed of: - An open kitchen equipped and functional: fridge, cooking plates, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, washing machine, oven, microwave ... - A living area with a sofa and TV - A bedroom with a double bed - A shower room with shower and WC - Storage space - TV and high speed internet - Bed linen and towels provided Although the 4th arrondissement is home to part of the Île de la Cité, the Île Saint-Louis, the Hôtel de Ville and the Centre Pompidou, it is above all characterized by the Marais, one of the most beautiful and oldest districts in Paris. Culture, shopping, strolling and gastronomy, a historic district where there is no lack of points of interest! Note that the area around the Hôtel de Ville has been a hot spot for the Parisian gay community since the 1990s. In the absence of payment, the person will not be able to give you the keys.
