Welcome to our 15 m² studio apartment located on the 1st floor with elevator access, furnished as follows for your comfort: - A living area with a double sofa bed, TV, and Wi-Fi - A dining area with a table and chairs for two - A fully equipped open-plan kitchen with a refrigerator, stovetop, Nespresso machine, toaster, kettle, washing machine, and microwave - A bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet The cleaning fee includes bed linen and towels for two people. Cleaning is carried out by professional cleaning staff. We sincerely hope that your stay will be as pleasant as possible. The apartment is located on Rue de la Verrerie, in the heart of the Marais, an iconic district blending history, culture, and vibrant Parisian life. Just steps away, discover the Hôtel de Ville (3-minute walk) and the Centre Pompidou (5 minutes). The banks of the Seine are a 4-minute walk away, perfect for leisurely strolls. You'll also be close to major tourist attractions: Notre-Dame Cathedral (10-minute walk), the Louvre (15 minutes), the Saint-Germain-des-Prés district (20 minutes), and Sainte-Chapelle (12 minutes). The Eiffel Tower is approximately 25-30 minutes away by public transport. The Marais is renowned for its boutiques, art galleries, museums (Carnavalet Museum, Picasso Museum), as well as its numerous cafes and restaurants. It's an ideal location to fully enjoy Paris, while getting around easily thanks to the many nearby metro lines.
