It was a corner unit so we only shared one wall and never heard the person next to us. Has a wrap around porch which I didn’t realize, so that was a nice surprise! It was my own fault for not noticing that the listing said there is no A/C, however there were two large fans in the closet that we used and made it comfortable enough for sleeping. Corner unit also got a lot more air flow with more windows to open. Ended up extending our stay for an extra day and it was easy to do and the host was very helpful! Walkable to the main shopping/restaurant area in town and next to the resorts for additional options. Free parking also! 10/10 would stay here again. Loved the condo--clean and spacious. The location was terrific, close to lots of restaurants and shops. Parrish Kauai was an attentive host, and provided lots of instructions and information. My one caveat would be to request a condo away from the road (surprisingly well traveled all night long) and the parking area (some tenants can be noisy when returning after a late dinner). In general, the facility is quite quiet, and there are many condos within it that would not hear either traffic nor parking lot noise. Mahalo Kasey for your review and comments.
