It's perfect for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families with kids, and pets. You’ll have access to a coin-operated laundry room on-site. Additional verification required, such as ID matching your credit/debit card. Guest have access to the entire apartment. Standard Check-Out: 11 AM Late Check-Out: Subject to availability with fees as follows: 50% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 11 AM 75% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 1 PM 100% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 3 PM A minimum fee of $100 applies, whichever is higher.
