The master has an ensuite, plus there's a family bathroom and a downstairs WC. Enjoy a bright, open-plan kitchen diner with doors to the patio and garden. The cosy living room also opens out and features a smart TV. Outside, relax in the good-sized garden with seating. Private driveway parking for 2 cars completes the package. The property is located on the outskirts of Dartmouth, meaning it's very easy to get into town but without the busyness! The park and ride is within easy walking distance too. So it's easy to get in and out of Dartmouth. There is also a supermarket within walking distance or a short drive away. The home offers the perfect base to explore one of South Devon’s most picturesque coastal towns. Nestled on the banks of the River Dart, Dartmouth is known for its rich maritime heritage, colourful buildings, independent shops, and vibrant waterfront atmosphere. Begin with a stroll along the bustling embankment, where you can enjoy coffee with a view or hop on a river cruise to nearby Totnes or a ferry to Kingswear. From Kingswear, hop aboard the historic Dartmouth Steam Railway for a scenic journey along the coast to Paignton.
