The apartment is located in a secure building in De Waterkant, with 24-hour security. Guests have access to a communal swimming pool and gym located on the same floor. The open-plan kitchen includes a stove, microwave, washing machine and dryer, as well as a small dining table. The lounge has an L-shaped leather sofa, Smart TV and air conditioning. The bedroom opens onto the balcony and has an en-suite bathroom with a shower over the bath. The building is close to several restaurants, with Dias Tavern located downstairs. Secure basement parking with number-plate recognition is included. Vehicle registration is required before arrival.

House Rules and Terms

An extra charge of ZAR 150 will apply when checking in after 18h00 and after 22h00, an extra fee of ZAR 250 which is payable upon check in. No loud noise after 21h00 and no noise after 23h00. No smoking. You will be liable for a fine up to R1000 for smoking violations. We may require you to send us a copy of all the guests ID/ Passport documents over AirBnB as we need to register you at the building manager. No more than 2 visitors are allowed at any time, and no one is allowed to stay over except for the guests booked. You will also be required to sign a document upon check in explaining the house rules. For monthly rentals (30+ nights) electricity will be limited to R500 for a 1 bedroom and R750 for a 2 bedroom.
