Welcome to this large open plan 2 bedroom/ 2 bathroom holiday apartment, situated in the heart of De Waterkant – surrounded by restaurant, shops and the Cape Quarter, also within walking distance to the V&A Waterfront and the City Centre. The lounge and bedroom opens up towards the balcony with big sliding doors from where you can enjoy stunning Table Mountain views. The balcony is equipped with 6 seated dinning table. There’s a second balcony on the unit with even better mountain views. The open plan granite kitchen is equipped with oven/ hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, washing machine, dishwasher and a fridge/ freezer. Also comes with the full range of crockery and cutlery. The living room consists of a dinning area with 4 seated dinning table while the lounge is equipped with large corner couch, TV equipped with DSTV. The main bedroom has a queen size bed with separated shower and bath in the en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom is equipped with two single beds and en-suite with shower only. House Rules and Terms

An extra charge of ZAR 150 will apply when checking in after 18h00 and after 22h00, an extra fee of ZAR 250 which is payable upon check in. No loud noise after 21h00 and no noise after 23h00. No smoking. You will be liable for a fine up to R1000 for smoking violations. We may require you to send us a copy of all the guests ID/ Passport documents over AirBnB as we need to register you at the building manager. No more than 2 visitors are allowed at any time, and no one is allowed to stay over except for the guests booked. You will also be required to sign a document upon check in explaining the house rules. For monthly rentals (30+ nights) electricity will be limited to R500 for a 1 bedroom and R750 for a 2 bedroom.
