This cozy, ground-floor apartment provides a private entrance and ample parking in a gated area directly in front of your unit. The fully fenced backyard offers guests additional privacy, perfect for unwinding in peace. The apartment is rented separately from the main house; the owners live on the second floor but respect your privacy completely, ensuring you have the entire space to yourself during your stay. The open-plan living area includes a comfortable sofa and a dining table for four. The fully equipped kitchen features all the essentials, including a stove, oven, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, blender, toaster, and more. There are two bedrooms: the master bedroom with a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom, and the second bedroom with a queen-size bed and its own en-suite bathroom. Both bathrooms offer walk-in showers and come with essential toiletries. The apartment has air conditioning in the rooms, reliable WiFi for remote work, and a washer-dryer for your convenience. The outdoor private patio is a great spot for enjoying your morning coffee or an evening drink. Guests also have access to beach towels for the nearby coastline and 2 beach chairs. We require this information at least 48 hours in advance to ensure a smooth check-in process. - Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation. - Guests might be required to present an official ID at check-in or during the stay. - Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required, refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met. - No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed. - Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages caused during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay. - No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $500 USD fine. - An additional cot bed (single bed) is available for $25 USD per night. Please make sure to request it 48 hours in advance. - No parties, events, or excessive noise after 10 pm.
