LOCATION: 8 min stroll / 2 min drive from Grace Bay Beach, (Sunset Beach). Grace Bay Village is a short 5-minute drive where you can enjoy a variety of luxurious restaurants, bars, nightlife, and shopping. Golfers will want to book a tee time at Royal Turks & Caicos Golf Course, (2 minutes’ drive) and water sports enthusiasts will enjoy close proximity to Blue Haven Marina which is located just around the corner. This protects you if there is accidental damage of up to $3,000 to the property during the stay UTILITIES The cost of electricity in the Turks & Caicos Islands has always been very expensive. This is further exacerbated by recent global increases in fuel pricing which have put this cost at an all-time high. All guests are asked to be mindful of their energy consumption and particularly as it relates to Air Conditioning (AC). If you are running the AC, please ensure doors and windows remain closed. The owner of your vacation rental will cover up to $60.00/day (sixty US Dollars) for electricity consumption. On the last day of this rental, the meter will be read, and any amount over this allowance will be charged to the lessee's card on file at a rate of $0.60 per KWH.
