Pine Top Vista has stunning unobstructed panoramic views of the Great Smoky Mountains from all 3 decks and every room. 4 bedrooms & 4 bathrooms. Sleeping a total of 12 people (3 children) comfortably! Guests will love the hot tub, fire pit, and the spacious game / bunk room. The neighborhood offers seasonal outdoor pools and pickleball court. Upon entering the front door, you walk into an open concept living room, dining area and kitchen with great views through the oversized windows. The dining table seats 6 and the nearby breakfast bar offers additional seating for 4. The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, stainless appliances, and a large selection of small appliances (including an air fryer), and cooking supplies to have a wonderful cooking experience. Adjacent to the kitchen and dining area is the living room, featuring two plush leather couches, wall mounted 58” smart tv and a gorgeous stacked stone accented electric fireplace. Also, on the main level is bedroom #1 featuring a king bed, full bathroom with walk in shower, and private door to deck. The main level deck is where you will find the hot tub as well as 4 rocking chairs. Downstairs features bedroom #2 with a queen bed and private access to the lower deck. A Jack & Jill bathroom with tub/shower connects to bedroom #3 featuring a king bed and access to deck as well. Across the hall is bedroom #4 with a king bed and a private en-suite bathroom with walk in shower. The lower level also has laundry room with brand large new washer and dryer. The 3rd level is the game room. This large open room with oversized windows continues to give you the upscale rustic feel. There is a half bathroom, large pull out leather couch, beautiful fireplace, large wall mounted 58" smart TV, and a triple bunk beds for the kids! While enjoying the incredible views you can choose from shuffleboard, giant connect four, pool, or air hockey. The upper level deck also has rocking chairs and is a great place to take in the sunset. If the weather is not cooperating you can stay indoors with the fireplace and play cards or board games. The game rooms TV also has a retro video game console! The unique location of this .5-acre lot allows for usable outdoor space, for horseshoes or corn hole, which is rare in this mountain area. Parking at the cabin is great, there is ample level parking at the front door for up to four vehicles. All 3 decks span the width of the house and have amazing rocking chairs so you can take in the sights in comfort. The gas BBQ grill on the main deck will allow you to grill up a feast. Guests will be happy to know that the 4 person Jacuzzi is completely drained and cleaned prior to your arrival. The outdoor pools are typically open from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend. Cobbly Nob also has a pickleball court for guests to use! Bears and snakes are native to the area, so please be mindful of your surroundings and properly store food to avoid attracting animals. Additionally, at certain times of the year, you may notice ladybugs inside the cabin—this is normal for the region. While the home is professionally serviced by a pest control company, please remember that you are in the woods, and occasional bugs or insects may be present.
