With 2 free reserved parking spots on site, you're steps away from restaurants, shops, entertainment, and just a 2-3 minute stroll to the beach! - Comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests - 4 bedrooms - 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, & a twin trundle bed - 3 bathrooms - 2 reserved parking spaces. There is room for one car to park in the garage, and one car to park in the driveway. We also provide 1 parking permit. Keep in mind that it can be difficult to find parking during the busy months. - Fully stocked kitchen w/ drip coffee maker - Living room - Backyard with hot tub, firepit, & BBQ Note: - No gatherings or parties allowed (strictly enforced) - The exterior of this home is monitored by 24/7 surveillance recording devices for safety. - Smart TVs with streaming capabilities (no local channels or cable). - Hot tub use & outdoor activities are prohibited during the hours of 9PM-8AM Capitola is a coastal jewel in Santa Cruz County. This charming seaside village is known for its colorful beachfront houses, coastal boutiques, and fantastic dining options. With a relaxed atmosphere, Capitola is a paradise for beach lovers and water sports enthusiasts. Stroll along the picturesque Capitola Beach and explore the unique shops and eateries. This is not a good place for gatherings or parties so please keep that in mind when booking this home. We are very respectful of our neighbors and will not tolerate loud noise past curfew and additional guests at the property. - We have security cameras that monitor the perimeter of the property, including the backyard and hot tub area. - We have landscapers, pest service, hot tub, and other property maintenance done on a weekly basis. You may see or hear these service professionals during your stay as they let themselves into the backyard to service as needed. Please be sure to ask about this before booking if you think it might be an issue for you. - TV is a smart tv with streaming capabilities. There are no cable or local channels. - The exterior of this home is monitored by 24/7 surveillance recording devices for safety. - We are required to stick to our cancellation policy and we suggest adding trip insurance for any last minute issues that may impact your travel (Weather, Illness, etc). We are not able to cancel, move or refund bookings that do not fall in our cancellation policy for any reason.
