The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare your own meals, and the dining table is perfect for enjoying them. The bathroom completes the apartment’s amenities. Direct access to the terrace provides a pleasant outdoor space. Located in the heart of Porto’s Baixa district, the apartment is perfectly situated for exploring the city’s vibrant culture and cuisine. The street where the apartment is situated is lined with historic monuments, charming cafés, lively bars and a wide selection of restaurants to suit all tastes. Just a short walk away, you’ll find the iconic Avenida dos Aliados, ideal for a relaxing stroll and for admiring the local architecture. Rua das Flores, known for its shops and boutiques, is perfect for shopping and soaking up the local atmosphere. For a memorable experience, enjoy dinner in Ribeira, with stunning views over the River Douro and Cais de Gaia. If you’re looking for a day at the beach, the beaches of Foz do Douro are just 7 km away, offering a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. The key collection is made at our Welcome Center - located at Rua de Fernandes Tomás 471, Porto - where you can meet our staff! There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of €200 for smoking will be applied. If you wish for a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. Note that an unauthorized stay past the check-out time, might result in an extra charge (10% of the daily rate, per hour, up to one day). If you lose the key, a cost will be charged (upon request). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and need our team's assistance to open the door, a fee of €40 will be charged after 7 pm. If the key is left in the door lock (technical intervention required) - cost upon request. In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in). For bookings of 28 nights or more, we have a limit of €150 for water, electricity, and internet/TV packages. If this limit is exceeded, the extra cost will be paid by the guest. The tenant agrees to allow the host's staff to enter the property for inspections whenever requested, with monthly visits planned for this purpose.
