Guest Bedroom – Includes a queen bed. Bunk Room – Great for kids or extra guests with full-over-full bunk beds. All sleeping areas are on the upper level of the home. 🚿 Bathrooms 2 Full Bathrooms – Timeless full bathrooms both with walk-in showers, there is no tub here. There is one bathroom on each floor of the house. 🍽️ Living & Dining Spaces Open-concept living area with plush seating, a large TV, and plenty of natural light. All bedding (sheets, pillows/pillow cases, blankets & comforters) as well as a full set of bath towels are provided, freshly laundered, and ready for you to enjoy! By bringing a pet onto the property, you agree to assume all liability for your pet's behavior and to indemnify and hold harmless the property owner and management from any claims or damages arising from your pet. Guests with pets are 100% responsible for keeping their pet under control at all times. Size/weight and/or breed restrictions may apply. MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT: To book this property, the primary guest must be 25+ years old. TAMPERING WITH SECURITY DEVICES: Tampering with exterior cameras, WiFi equipment, smart locks, or safety devices is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate removal without refund. QUIET HOURS & MAINTAINING THE PEACE: Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am. Guests must be respectful of our neighbors, other guests, and overall community at all times so that we may continue providing enjoyable experiences to all of our guests. Any disturbance incident that results in police involvement may result in the immediate termination of a reservation and removal from the rental without refund or warning. Parties, gatherings, celebrations, or events of any kind are not permitted unless expressly approved in writing prior to booking. Violation of this policy will result in immediate termination of the reservation without refund. There is a ZERO tolerance policy. NO SMOKING: All properties are ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING of any kind - this includes cigarettes, cannabis, vapes/e-cigs, etc. You may smoke outside and well away from any doors or windows, and must clean up any debris (do not throw butts on the ground). Any evidence of smoking will be automatically billed an additional cleaning fee. CHECKOUT EXPECTATIONS: Please place trash in designated bins outside, load used dishes into the dishwasher or sink, and generally tidy up after yourselves.
