Steps away is the dining table for 4, and a dedicated coffee station. When it is time to whip up your next meal make use of the fully equipped kitchen with all of the appliances, and cookware you’ll need. Just off of the kitchen you will find the laundry area. This home comfortably sleeps 8 guests between 3 private bedrooms. Bedroom #1 is furnished with a King size bed, and an ensuite bathroom with shower/tub combo. Bedroom #2 has a Queen size bed. Bedroom #3 is equipped with 2 Twin beds. THINGS TO NOTE: - This is a walk-up unit. - 2 parking spaces are provided. - Early Check-In / Late Check Out: These options are based on availability and are NOT INCLUDED in your reservation. Additional fees may apply. Please contact us in advance if you’re interested. - Pet Policy: Bringing a dog? We’re pet-friendly! A $125 pet fee per stay will be applied. THIS FEE IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE YOU PAID and must be paid separately. Please notify us in advance so we can prepare accordingly. - This home is pet-friendly. A maximum of 1 dog, 20 lbs or less, may be brought to this home. Please note that there is an additional flat Pet Fee of $125 that is not included in your final booking cost. To pay your Pet Fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking. - The home has an additional shared bathroom with shower/tub combo. - Washer and dryer in unit. - The communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day. - Pools and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.
