This unique resort-style property consists of three custom-designed rental suites located in two ground-floor houses on a spacious 12,500 sq ft lot. The Gulf beach is just a short walk across North Shore Drive, and Vista Lake lies directly behind the property. The buildings are arranged around a large heated saltwater pool and spa in the distinctive shape of a Mickey Mouse. The Pelican Suite is the private 2-bedroom, 2-bath suite within this resort and may be rented individually or together with the other suites. In this rental configuration, the lakeside bedroom of the full 3-bedroom suite remains locked and is not rented to other guests. You will have the entire unit completely to yourself; all outdoor areas and shared amenities remain available for use by guests of the other suites as well.
